Be Creative in Your Writing!

Submitted by tiffanie.miley on

Students who enjoy writing can take one semester of Ms. Rachel Neeley’s Creative Writing class. The class is all about being creative in your writing, and writing about the things that students find most interesting to themselves. “I love writing, and teaching Creative Writing is a way I can help students improve their writing, and learn to love writing,” said Ms. Neeley.

In this class students learn about how to  do many different kinds of writing.  According to Ms. Neeley, the type of things that her students write are children’s books, all kinds of short stories, poetry, and multi-genre autobiographies. Zoe Dalley, a seventh-grade Creative Writing student, said, “I always love to write, and I heard that Ms. Neeley was really nice.” Having Ms. Neeley as a teacher is one of the reasons why Zoe wanted to take Creative Writing.  Ms.Neeley hopes to teach students to learn to love writing. If you love writing, then this is the class for you!
