Have you ever heard of Flour sack babies? The Teen living class at SJHS are carrying flour babies on November 28 - December 2nd. The reason they are doing flour babies are to get a real world experience for teen pregnancy but with flour.
The first question we asked was how many kids are you having. Alexa Miles a student at SJHS said “I'm just having one because one is enough to carry and to handle.” According to Jaquelin Magana another SJHS student said that she just wants one because she doesn't want to have twins. And then Livia Wilkins a 9th grade student at SJHS also said that she only wants one ten pound, I don't want to carry two five pounds.
Second question is what are you naming your baby. Jennifer Lopez said “ I'm probably going to name mine Yeah because I like the name.” Then Jada Hysolli said that “ I'm probably going to name her either penelope or emily because I really like those names.” Then Last but not least Livia said “ Probably Juniper because It sounds unique.
Last question is what birth defect does your baby have. Livia said she has Cleft Palate, Jada said she has Down syndrome, Maliek said hearing Loss, and then Alexa has Low birth weight. Anyways Teen living seems really fun and they don't have that many students in there, so maybe if you want you could join next semester.
