Office TA’s work behind the scenes for SJHS. They work for the office and especially help Springville Junior High School’s secretaries. They run papers and notes to students and teachers, they help students that are new to SJHS with their schedules and lockers, they rake leaves, and they also help decorate the Christmas tree. Mrs. Bales, an SJHS secretary, said, “They are our gophers. They do anything and everything.”
Many of these TA’s really enjoy helping others as a TA. They are glad that they chose to help. Jonathan Haws, a ninth-grade student, said, “I just like helping people!” Megan Marshall, another ninth-grade student, likes working with the secretaries. She said, “Mrs. Bales and Mrs. Murdock are really nice.” It is a good thing that SJHS has these amazing students making such contributions to the school. The TA’s work very hard for SJHS; they are an important factor in keeping our school up and running.
