This new year in January of 2017, Springville Jr. High School students shared about their Christmas break. They shared what they had did, how they were liking the break, favorite thing during the week and why they are glad to be back at school.
So first off is Adi Whiting, an eighth grade girl. She said that she had hung out with her family and friends. She said that her break was good. Her favorite thing that she had done that break was when she went to the mall with her friends. Adi is glad to be back to school because she gets to see her friends.
Tristan Wilson, a ninth grade guy said, “I went snowmobiling, had a New Year's Party and went to my grandma's house.” Tristan said that his break was good and fun. He also said that he wasn’t glad to be back at school.
Third is Sydney Averett, a seventh grade girl, who stayed home during the break and hung out with her friends. She told that her break was really good. Her favorite thing she had done that break was being able to hang out with her friends, Taylor Benson and Coy Lister. She is glad to be back so that she could also see her friends.
Next is Ryder Poulsen, a 7th grade boy. He said he went sledding during the break. Ryder had said that his break was pretty good. His favorite thing he did that break was when he partied on New Year’s Eve. He said he isn’t glad to be back to school, but the only reason he actually is happy to be back, is because he gets to see his friends.
Fifth is Presley Kennard, a ninth grade girl. She said that she had a family party and that she went sledding with her little sister. Her Christmas Break was good. She said that her favorite thing that she did was “playing with my puppy in the snow.” She is glad to be back to school because the school can be over soon.
Last of all is Skyler Zajac, an eighth grade guy. He said he did “nothing” over break. His break, he said, was lazy. His favorite part about break though was going to his grandma's house. “I’m not glad to be back to school, Skyler said.
