Spotlight: Mrs. Caras

 Mrs. Caras has been teaching for nineteen years. She has been teaching at SJHS for fifteen of those years. She teaches ninth grade Earth Science and students love her.

“Mrs. Caras is so fun and spunky. I’m never bored in her class,” said Katie Peterson, a ninth grader in Mrs. Caras’s class. 

Mrs. Caras also has many hobbies. She loves to watch football and sometimes baseball on TV. “I love sports - 49ers & SF Giants are my favorite teams. I love to read when I have time, watch my kids/grandkids play soccer, hockey, or whatever they're interested in,” said Mrs. Caras.

According to Mrs. Caras she loves to go see movies with her husband and spend time with her family. She loves motorcycles, going to Lake Powell every summer, and learning new things about the world.
