Mrs. Seeley, a math teacher at SJHS 303.22 KB

Mrs. Seeley is a math teacher at SJHS, and this is her first year at SJHS. She teaches math for eighth and ninth grade students. Mr. VanAusdal, the principal at SJHS, said, “At SJHS we look for the best and nicest teachers to teach. Mrs. Seeley is a nice and smart teacher.”

According to Mrs. Seeley, she loves to teach eighth and ninth grade math. She used to teach Juniors and Sophomores at Bingham High School which she said she loved, but she loves younger students because of how much energy they have.

Mr. VanAusdal said, “I chose Mrs. Seeley out of all of the others applying for the job because she is smart, and she knows her math content.” According to the students at SJHS who have math with Mrs. Seeley, she is a fun teacher and she teaches students well. She works with you one on one with your math to help you understand it more.

Mrs. Seeley said, “The reason I only teach eighth and ninth grade is because I don’t get to choose what grades I teach. So don’t worry seventh graders, it’s not that I don’t like you I just don’t get the choice of the grade I teach.”

Mrs. Seeley said, “SJHS is a wonderful school to teach at. I love to be a math teacher. It reminds me of my childhood. I used to play with stuffed animals and pretend that they were my students. In high school I realized I loved math for the problem solving. I enjoy the satisfaction of solving hard problems and getting them right. Students make my job the best. Thank you SJHS!”
