It is just about time to begin another stellar year at SJHS. Below is some important information to help you as you as you prepare for the upcoming year. Registration: August 3 – 14:

The finance office will be open from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM each day. You may register in one of two ways:

Mail in Registration: I would encourage parents to use this method in order to avoid any lines.  Complete the enclosed forms with this letter and return them along with a check for your fees. Once we have received the completed forms and your payment we will mail you back out your schedule.

Walk In Registration: This year in order to accommodate busy schedules, last minute vacations, etc.   We will be holding an open walk in registration beginning August 3rd. The finance office will be open from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM each day until Friday, August 14th. We will hand you a schedule at the school once you have completed your registration. The school also has the ability to help you pays fees with a credit or debit card this year for you convenience with walk in registrations only.

Parents wishing to apply for a fee waiver should do so August 4-5 during registration times. Please bring a copy of needed documentation. Lunch monies can also be paid at registration. Parents wishing to apply for free and reduced lunch must do so online. The website used by Nebo School District is www.paypams.com/onlineapp. Once at the site, you will find instructions on how to fill out the application. 

7th Grade Day: August 18th

7th grade day is a time for 7th grade students to come and become familiar with a rotating class schedule, using a locker, and get better aquatinted with the school. 7th grade day will be held on August 18th (day before school starts.)  Busing will be provided for students. If you are a bus student please look at the website at www.nebo.edu. Your bus will pick up this day 1 hour after your scheduled time. We will begin with a brief introduction of the administrative staff, and student council in the Cafetorium at 9:00 AM sharp. We hope you will attend with us. 

Open House for all Students and Parents: August 18th , 3:00 – 5:00 PM

All students and parents are invited to come and meet teachers and go through the school.  Great chance to practice your locker again, and ask any follow up questions for teachers. There will be not set schedule for this time. Teachers will be in their classrooms for visits.
