We asked students from SJHS questions which book character that they would like to meet. Three 8th grade students were questioned about book characters.

Which book character would you like to meet? Eliza Whiting said that she would like to meet Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter. Josie Rey said that she would like to meet Hermione from Harry Potter. Hekela Mavae said that she wants to meet Daniel from The Fallen series.

Why would they like to meet those characters that they chose to meet? “She’s just really awesome and I feel like she would be a really good friend,” said Eliza Whiting about Luna Lovegood. This is what Josie Rey said about Hermione: ”Because everyone tells me that I'm like her and I want to know if I really am.” Hekela Mavae said “'cause he sounds hot.”

We asked if they were to spend a day with the character they choose, what would they do with them? "I would go skiing and hangout and talk," said Eliza Whiting. Josie said that she would ask questions about books and just do stuff. Hekela said that she would eat with him and just watch Netflix.

What would their reaction be? Eliza said that she would just be like “oh my gosh! Wait who are you? Oh my gosh!” Josie said that she would just be excited. Hekela said that she would be drooling on him.

What is the first thing that you would do with them? Eliza said that she would talk about their life. Josie said that she would ask questions. Hekela said that she would have a food fight with them.

The last question is if they would rather go to their characters world or let the character come to their world. “I would rather go to their world because their world is awesome and i can meet the other Harry Potter characters.” stated by Eliza Whiting. Josie said, ”I would go their world so I can be a witch and be in Hogwarts.”. Hekela said that she would go to their world because he is an angel.

So think to yourself what book character would you like to meet?
