Do you like winter, or do you hate winter? Well at SJHS some students and faculty answered some questions.
The first question is, do you like winter? Livi Hathaway a student at SJHS said that yes she does because it nice and not too hot. Kate Chatfield said she loves winter. Mrs. Davenport, a Secretary at SJHS, said “ No, there's no use for snow and I don't like being cold. But I would rather be cold than hot.” Also according to Mrs. Davis another Secertary at SJHS said “ I like it as long as I don't have to drive in it.”
The next question is what's your favorite thing about winter? Mrs. Davenport said “ The feeling that Christmas brings, and the snow is just beautiful.” Mrs. Davis said “ I like the snow, It's so pretty, peaceful, and white.” According to Natalee Moore she likes the winter because her birthday is in the winter. And then Taylor Okelberry said that she likes winter because of CHRISTMAS.
The last Question was "Do you have any family traditions in the winter?" Livi Hathaway said, “Me and my Family go Snowboarding up at Sundance, and at my Grandpa's cabin, then after go home and drink hot chocolate.” Kate Chatfield said, “I just mostly sleep, and sometimes go outside and make Igloos” Natalee Moore said, “ If it's super cold I stay inside, but if it’s not that cold I go outside and make Igloos and snow angles, oh and we have snowball fights.” Taylor Okelberry said, “ Me and my siblings usually go sledding, and its cuddling season.” Mrs. Davenport said “We usually go ice skating and sledding because it's really fun.” Then Last but not Least Mrs. Davis Said “Our family has no winter traditions. We just love being together no matter the season.”
So a lot of people have different opinions on snow; what's your opinion?
