It’s Reflections time! “What My Culture Means to Me” is the official theme for the 2026–2027 National PTA Reflections. What does this mean for you? The dictionary definition of culture is """the shared set of beliefs, values, customs, behaviors, and material objects that a group of people learn, share, and pass down from one generation to the next." In other words, culture has nothing to do with the color of a person, skin or their faith rather the environment in which they grow and the value system they inherit and live. Take a moment, think about it and then go to town with your creativity! You can write, sing, dance, draw, paint, sculpt, and even make a movie or write a poem. Is there an assignment you are working on in class that you could use? Entries are due by Oct 16th.
