Dear SJHS families:
We have a handful of school-wide events over the next couple weeks. The end of the term is next week, so please encourage your students to turn in any missing assignments. Calendar items:

- Nebo District Band Festival at Maple Mountain High School
- School Community Council (3:00pm)
- Thursday, 3/2/23:
- Nebo District Orchestra Performance Assessment at Salem Hills High School
- Tuesday & Wednesday, 3/7/23 & 3/8/23:
- State Junior High Orchestra Festival at the University of Utah
- Thursday, 3/9/23:
- End of Term 3
- Choir Concert at Springville High School (7:00pm)
- Friday, 3/10/23:
- No school
Utah Parent Center will host a workshop focused on challenging behaviors with children who have neurodiversities, behavior concerns, and various disabilities, etc. The workshop will be a free hybrid in-person AND live zoom workshop at 7:30pm on March 9 through Nebo District/Utah Parent Center can be attended by anyone who is interested. We’ve seen an increase in bathroom vandalism over the last couple months. If your child sees anything, please encourage them to report it to a teacher or the office right away so we can take care of things. We appreciate your support!

El Centro de Padres de Utah organizará un taller centrado en comportamientos desafiantes con niños que tienen neurodiversidades, problemas de comportamiento y diversas discapacidades, etc. El taller será un taller gratuito híbrido en persona Y zoom en vivo a las 7:30 p.m. el 9 de marzo a través del distrito de Nebo /Centro de Padres de Utah puede ser atendido por cualquier persona interesada.
