Dear SJHS families:
During the month of October, schools throughout Nebo District will participate in a survey to better understand the well-being and school experiences of students. The survey asks questions like the following:
- If you fail to reach an important goal, how likely are you to try again?
- How often were you polite to other students?
- How often are you able to pull yourself out of a bad mood?
Our students will complete the survey between October 18 and 21. If you would like to view all the questions of the survey, please see this link. If you would prefer that your child not take the survey, please complete this form by Friday, October 7. We hope to use the survey information to better meet the needs of our students so they will be happier and more successful in school.

- Thursday, 10/6/22: Choir concert at 7:00pm at Springville High School
- Friday, 10/7/22: Cross Country district final at 3:30pm at SJHS

Estimadas familias de SJHS:
Durante el mes de octubre, las escuelas de todo el distrito de Nebo participarán en una encuesta para comprender mejor el bienestar y las experiencias escolares de los estudiantes. La encuesta hace preguntas como las siguientes:
- Si no logra alcanzar una meta importante, ¿cuál es la probabilidad de que vuelva a intentarlo?
- ¿Con qué frecuencia fuiste cortés con otros estudiantes?
- ¿Con qué frecuencia eres capaz de sacarte de un mal humor?
Nuestros estudiantes completarán la encuesta entre el 18 y el 21 de octubre. Si desea ver todas las preguntas de la encuesta, consulte este enlace. Si prefiere que su hijo no responda la encuesta, complete este formulario antes del viernes 7 de octubre. Esperamos utilizar la información de la encuesta para satisfacer mejor las necesidades de nuestros estudiantes para que sean más felices y exitosos en la escuela.
