The purpose of the 9th grade honors English summer assignment is to help students continue to develop strong reading and interpretive abilities. 

For this assignment you will need to read one of the books listed on the second page of the assignment.  As you read the book you will need to keep a reading response journal.  The journal should have two columns.  Look at the PDF above for more detailed information.  

Springville’s Communities that Care would like to invite all youth ages 12-18 to participate in the the “Ultimate Teen Game Night” as part of the upcoming Art City Day’s celebration.  This event will take place at Cherry Creek Elementary School on June 11th, from 7-10 P.M.  This should be a fun time for youth and their families to attend.
