Tuesday, 3/19/24

Any 9th graders interested in participating in high school football next year need to attend an information meeting. This meeting will be held on March 26th at 6pm in the high school cafeteria. Parents and athletes are invited to attend to learn more.

Dear SJHS families:

Today is the end of third term, and the new term starts on Monday. It’s hard to believe that summer is right around the corner. We have a lot going on in the next couple weeks — spring sports are starting, we’re having a school talent show, and there are some online workshops available to parents. Over at Springville Junior High, graphic novels are taking center stage thanks to grants awarded to Mrs. Hylton ($74.15) and Mrs. Jones ($292.75). These captivating narratives, with their unique blend of text and visuals, will engage students, encourage critical thinking, and open doors to diverse storytelling formats. Picture classrooms buzzing with discussions about character development, plot twists, and the unique power of graphic novels to entertain and inform.
