You can come to school between 8:00am and 3:00pm to pick up a Chromebook. When you come to school, you will sign a form (http://bit.ly/CBagreement) that explains the terms under which you are checking out the Chromebook. So you don’t have to read it when you come in to the school, the form states the following information:
I acknowledge receipt of the Chromebook listed above and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- To be personally responsible for the care and safekeeping of the school district-owned Chromebook, and to return the Chromebook the first day school resumes.
- If the Chromebook is not returned, or is lost or damaged beyond repair, to pay the fair market value of the Chromebook.
- To not allow any other person other than the authorized student to use the Chromebook without specific permission of the school.
- To properly use and care for the Chromebook to the best of your ability.
- To inform the school immediately in the event of loss or damage to the Chromebook.
