Dance to the Christmas Bells!

At Springville Junior High School on December 13th, there will be a Christmas dance that students from seventh through ninth grade may attend. At these dances there is music that students can request, bleachers for when students need a break from all the fun, and food and drinks that students can buy for when they need a refreshment!

“I am looking forward to the Christmas dance because I love having fun with my friends after school,” said Destinie Higgins, an eighth-grade student at SJHS. “The school dances are great ways to meet friends. At dances, students can show their real personalities so others could possibly relate and become friends.”

“I haven't been to many of the dances, but the few that I have been to, the students seem to have a great time dancing and socializing,” said Mr. Kindrick, a science teacher at SJHS. The SJHS Christmas dance is a way to be social with your friends after school, and have fun while doing it.

“I am looking forward to the dance so that I can show off my pretty dress!” said Shye Anne Boone, another eighth grader at SJHS. The dances have dressing that is always different, there is casual dressing and best dress. “I am looking forward to the dance so that I can hang out with friends, and meet new people,” said Spencer Johnson and Sean Stapel, two eighth grade students at SJHS.  “I am looking forward to the dance because of the girls!” said Conner Farr, an eighth grade student at SJHS.
