SNK: Super Noble Knights

Submitted by jennifer.dunn on

What are Super Knights? “Super Knights are outstanding students at SJHS who are responsible citizens, effective communicators and successful learners,” said Ms. Miley, an assistant principal. Super Knights are chosen by teachers who get together and nominate students to get Super Knight trophies. Every month there is a Super Knight assembly where students are recognized and given a trophy.  On October 30, there was a Super Knight assembly where six students, two from each grade, were given awards and were given lots of applause by the audience.

Ninth grade:

Teralyn Gervais said, “I became a Super Knight by doing my best in school and being kind to teachers.”

Ethan Bird said, “Going up to get the award was really cool, having everyone in the school clapping for me and hearing what the teachers said about me was really cool.”

Eighth Grade:

Jennifer Phan said, “The party for Super Knights will be super fun; I can’t wait!”

Joel Emmett said, “The trick to become Super Knight is to make your teachers like you.”

Seventh Grade:

Bethany Stewart said, “Going up was really scary.”

Andrew Messenger said, “I had no clue that I was a Super Knight until that morning.”

Congratulations Super Knights!
