Cy Chrisman - Cy was absent, but he emailed teachers about missing assignments. He had them ready to turn in when he returned to school. He didn’t miss a beat. Thanks for being on top of your schoolwork. 

Kristofer Wesley - Kristofer is so friendly. I appreciate his smile. His happiness makes me happy. 

Imogen Weight - Imogen is a great leader and she is always including everyone in her group work. You can tell she really cares for others.  

Jade Langholf - Jade volunteered to translate for a new English speaker daily and demonstrated true care and concern for the student.

Between FFA Week and We the People, we’ve had a great week. Congratulations to our students who received their Greenhand degree from the Springville chapter of FFA and our US History students who were so impressive during our We the People event! Thank you to our FFA, Mrs. Henrickson, and our US History teachers for all of their efforts!

Buying one now is the best way to secure a copy since we have limited quantities at the end of the year. If you wait until the end of the year to buy one, we may not have any copies available.

Mrs. Allison's class was lucky to have two nurses come in to speak to the class about the harmful effects of smoking and vaping.

SJHS FCCLA chapter takes on regional competition winning gold, silver, and bronze in each event they competed in.

Congrats to our wonderful, hard-working students!!! 

The LIA students met with City Attorney John Penrod, Director of City Development Josh Yoist, Council member Liz Crandall, police department, and fire department.

Last week our ESL class learned about the history of Valentine's Day and various vocabulary words. Today they practiced some writing by making cards to our friends and family.
