Dear SJHS parents and guardians:
Rather than doing an in-person parent-teacher conference like I emailed about last week, we will be holding our parent-teacher conferences via Zoom on Thursday, December 3. I will send out a list of SignUp Genius links next week for you to make appointments with your child’s teachers. Appointment times will be available between 3:30pm and 7:00pm on December 3. You are also welcome to contact your child’s teachers via email. You can find email addresses for each SJHS teacher at http://sjhs.nebo.edu/faculty.
Junior high athletics will start up again next week:
- Monday, November 30: Wrestling practice starts at 2:00pm in the multipurpose room. The first meet will take place on December 9, 2020.
- Tuesday and Wednesday, December 1 and 2: Ninth-grade girls and boys basketball tryouts will be held from 3:45 - 5:30. The gym will be closed until 3:40. If your ninth grader is quarantined during tryouts, please contact Mrs. Hylton (elizabeth.hylton [at] nebo.edu), the girl’s coach, or Mr. Rogers (shawn.rogers [at] nebo.edu), boy’s coach, for more information. Please be sure all the necessary paperwork, including a physical, has been completed on Register My Athlete before tryouts begin.
